Straps and bands.-In safety straps for children having a belt 1 and two shoulder straps 3 crossing at one side only, the straps 3 are detachably secured to the belt by attachments 5 which may be of leather and provided with two holes 6 for engagement by studs 7. The straps 3 may be elastic and looped at 9 for slidable interengagement. For use in a perambulator or the like, straps 10 are attached by spring hooks 13 engaging an attachment 11 on the strap and a D fitting 14 on the belt.
