316,267. Meluish, J. Dec. 20, 1928. Reel and non-endless web apparatus. - In an advertising device of the type in which a display sheet is wound on and off two spools the reversal of the sheet is effected by a continuously rotating two diameter plate r<4> on the rim of which bears an arm r<2> connected to a dog clutch h<4> controlling driving rollers. Spring loaded rolls press the sheet on the driving rollers. The sheet is intermittently moved, in each direction, by a mutilated pinion wheel. Spring belts connect each driving roller to the adjacent spool.
