Axle-trucks; axle-bearing guiding-arrangements. - To permit levelling of travelling cranes running on uneven or inclined tracks by adjusting the wheels in the undercarriage, the ends of the axles 2 are guided in slots in the side girders 6 of the undercarriage, the axles being carried by fork members engaged by adjusting-screws. As shown in Fig. 2, each wheel 1 is mounted in a fork 3 sliding in guides 4 in the frame member 5 and the position of the wheel may be adjusted by a screw 7. In another form, Fig. 3, the wheel 1 is carried by a lever 12 pivoted on the frame at 11 and adjusted by a screw 14. The fork members may be adjusted simultaneously by a single screw.
