313,591. Universelle Cigarettenmaschinen-Fabrik J. C. M³ller & Co. June 16, 1928, [Convention date]. Packeting cigarettes. - Cigarettes are withdrawn from a hopper 1 and arranged in rows in channels 14 by a series of rotating rollers 2 each formed with a longitudinal groove 13 to receive a cigarette. A stripper roller 16 cooperates with the terminal roller to prevent jamming. The cigarettes are thrust out of the channels 14 into packets by a plunger.
