Springs, arrangement of.-A spring suspension for a perambulator &c. comprises helical compression springs 6 attached to the frame 3 and to the axles 7, and double C-springs 1 attached to the frame 3 and connected to the axles 7 intermediately of their ends by cantilever springs 8. Each double C-spring 1 is provided at each end with an eye for pivotal attachment to the frame 3 by a bolt or rivet 4, on which is suspended a U- shaped shackle 5 to which is attached the upper end of the corresponding coil spring 6. The cantilever springs 8 are formed from a bar or wire bent into a central flattened loop 9, which is attached to the horizontal part of the double C- spring 1. Two intersecting cross tie-bars 12 are riveted to the springs 1 to prevent side movement.
