Abstract

309,948. I. G. Farbenindustrie Akt.- Ges. April 18, 1928, [Convention date]. Lifters and holders, plate and like.-A holder for articles such as photographs comprises rollers 4 whose axles 5 engage slots 6 in side walls 1, which are attached to a fixed member 3 with which the lower parts of the slots make an acute angle, the upper parts making a slightly larger angle. In operation the sheet 7 is inserted in the slit 8, the rollers being forced upwards. When the sheet is released, the rovers, which may be fluted, are carried downwards with the sheet and the oblique slot causes them to grip it against the member 3.
