Atmospherics and undesired signals, eliminating or limiting.-A small portion of the power of an interfering wave in the aerial circuit is amplified, the output E, F, of the amplifier H being tuned to the interfering wave, and is used to oppose the potential of the interfering wave in a link transformer C, C1, C2. The Figure shows a link transformer comprising a single turn C coupled to the aerial A and a single turn C1 coupled to the output coil B, the balancing energy being applied to a two-turn coil C2.
