303,230. Stevens, A. C. Oct. 18, 1927. Locks, revolving-barrel. - A petrol cock A is held locked in both the open and closed positions by means of a cylindrical type of lock E which is provided with two sets of spring-controlled locking-pegs d<3> disposed at right-angles to one another, one for each locked position. Each position is unlocked by the insertion of the key by means of which also the plug B is turned. The lock barrel E is enclosed in a cover F provided with a spring-controlled hinged cap f<1> to exclude dirt.
