Abstract

400,567. Seal locks. ROBINSON, G. C. and JONES, T., Combination Works, Willenhall, Staffordshire. March 21, 1933, No. 23316. Divided on 400,830. [Class 44.] A padlock of the type having an apertured paper-seal-retaining cover movable so as to be engaged by the hasp of the lock has the cover connected to the casing by a projection on one member entering an aperture or recess in an upstanding edge on the other member when the cover is closed on to the casing. The Figure shows the casing 10 with the lock mechanism and hasp removed. The apertured cover 11 is formed on its bottom upstanding edge with a recess 18 into which enters a projection 17 on the bottom upstanding edge 16 of the casing 10 when the cover is closed up. Specification 354,574 is referred to.
