300,195. Chemischtechnische Ges. Nov. 8, 1927, [Convention date]. Coking processes. - In briquetting fuels of different coking properties, the coking fuel is heated to or below the softening temperature, e.g. 300‹ C., and the non-coking fuel to a higher temperature, e.g. 600‹ C., and the preliminarily heated fuels are mixed before briquetting. The mixing and briquetting are effected continuously in chambers at a temperature of 550‹ C. and the product is allowed to harden at 510‹ C. and then cooled.
