Abstract

299,466. Etablissements E. Belin. Oct. 28, 1927, [Convention date]. Developing methods and apparatus.-Negatives and prints are developed and fixed without any intermediate operation by projecting hot treating liquid thereon (as by an atomizing jet) with a pressure sufficiently high to give a mechanical action by percussion. Washing may then be effected by a water jet. Rapid drying may be effected by an alkaline carbonated solution, similarly projected and subsequently wiped off with scrapers and felt. Specification 304,636 is referred to.
