Abstract

Couplings and connectors. - A clamp for connecting a branch to an electric conductor consists of two members c, d connected by bolts e, the members being so shaped that conductors of different diameters can be clamped. The member d is formed with two parallel grooves and its edges f are extended upwards to form lateral walls, and the member c is of such a width as to fit between these walls. The bolts e pass thropgh slots in the member e, so that the member is free to move about the bolts and can adjust itself, as shown, to conductors a, b of different diameters.
