Sanitary and hygienic devices.-A device for protecting the users of telephone mouthpieces &c. against infection comprises a. cap A formed of paper, fabric, or elastic material treated with antiseptic and having a skirt B which is pleated or crinkled so as to grip the mouthpiece C and also is adapted to be folded flat to facilitate packing a number of caps in a case. The skirt of a paper or fabric cap may be provided with an elastic edge.
