A replaceable hygienic cap for telephone earpieces and mouthpieces comprises a sterilized paper disc c formed with a central hole and fitted with two metal foil clips b. An annular antiseptic pad d is attached to the outer surface of the disc, which may alternatively be formed of plastic or fabric material.
