Abstract

290,582. Etablissements Sablyet. May 14, 1927, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Acts]. Electric radiators.-The heating element 2 is associated with reflecting planes 1, 1<1> which project the heat rays in the direction of the object to be heated. The reflector shown is of trough formation, with a heating element arranged longitudinally therein, but it may be constructed in the form of a pyramid. The reflector and element are mounted in a frame 3 by means of rods 4 and screws 6. A grid 8 is fitted over the element. When used a dish warmer the apparatus stands on the four feet of the frame. When used as a radiator or toaster it is tilted to rest on a handle 9. The toasting attachment comprises a cage 10 provided with sides brackets 11 carrying short stems 12 on which are rotatably mounted notched arms 13 which engage the rods 4. The stems are fitted with knobs 14 to facilitate turning the cage.
