[Class 39 (iii).] In an electric heater comprising a bowl radiator b and an electric heater m therein, the heater is enclosed in a casing and slides adjustably with its support h in the bowl b, which is adapted to be placed over food for cooking. The bowl is detachably mounted on a pedestal a by a screw clip d for angular adjustment. The heating element m comprises wire resistances separately wound on mica strips and compressed between steel plates mounted on a tube containing the leads and sliding in the bowl to which it is connected by a spring clip e carrying a handle c. The bowl may be turned up to support a kettle on the element.
