Waxes; candles; oils.-According to the Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) waxes, candles, oils, &c. are treated with ozone by direct exposure to electrio discharges, the material being placed or carried between or around the electrodes. Blowing devices are thus rendered unnecessary, though pressure may be increased in the ozonizer, or a certain amount of circulation given, by a small fan. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
