Abstract

286,190. Blades, J. Nov. 29, 1927. Disharge and feeding devices for endless-belt conveyers; roller-way conveyers.-A loading table A, Fig. 1, constructed and arranged to assume a loading position inclined to the conveyer is adapted to swing round to form a continuation of the conveyer so that goods pass from it unaided on to the conveyer. An unloading table a, Fig. 2, normally forms a continuation of the conveyer, but is tipped by the weight of the goods into the position shown, which is suitable for the manual removal of sacked goods, or until arrested by a plate 3a in which position the goods are thrown off automatically. Each table is provided with rollers B and with a pair of pivot bars d, D in order that it may be used at either end of the conveyer. The end boards c, C are detachable and may be attached to either end of a table.
