Pedals and pedal Levers, mounting; controlling different functions by same lever.-A pedal plate A pivoted on a transverse axis 0 can be rocked backwards or forwards by the driver's foot so as to act on either one of two rollers carried on the ends of two separately pivoted control levers C preferably controlling the accelerator and brake respectively. A second pedal plate may similarly control the clutch and a warning device. A foot stop is provided on the pedal near its pivotal axis, which is situated in the plane of the floor boards. The pedals are arranged in a frame F and a guide H is provided below the Boor. The pedals may be kept normally in the plane of the floor by means of springs acting on their axes.
