Transformers.-A protective arrangement for oil-immersed transformers comprises a heatsensitive device adapted to indicate temperature or to operate a circuit breaker, the device being located in a receptacle in restricted heat-conducting communication with the main oil tank and additionally heated by a conductor located in the receptacle and carrying the main current, or a current proportional to the main current, of the transformer.
