Abstract

276,240. Brandt, P. Feb. 21, 1927. Stereoscopes.-Comprises a collapsable stereoscope formed of a single blank having the box components formed between the base plate and the tail piece. The blank has a flap a, which serves as a base plate for the stereoscope, and flaps b, c, d serving respectively as the front top and side panels of a box structure. A continuation e of the flaps c together with the hinged flaps f form parts of a tail piece provided with slots to receive the pictures. Lenses 4. 5 may be mounted in the panel b. T-shaped lugs are formed at the free ends of the flaps and interlock with corresponding slots in the base plate a which is cut as shown to form flaps 28 - - 31 which are bent aside to receive the lugs and them replaced to retain them in position. The blank may be formed of cardboard or wood shavings.
