Flash signals; road-traffic signals on vehicles.- .A vehicle or motor-boat is provided with lamps additional to the usual traffic lamps and placed in right, central and left positions, front and rear, the light emitted by the lamps selected being rendered intermittent by an automatic interrupter. The " turning " signals a, a<1> and c, c' are connected up with right and left circuit closers a<2>, b<4>, and the " forward " and "stopping" lamps b, b<1> in separate circuits are controlled by further switches b<2>, b<3>. Common to all the circuits is a trembler switch f to produce continuously intermittent interruption of any circuit closed.
