Abstract

266,457. Burge, E. J. Nov. 26, 1925. Bolts; screw sockets. - A device for supporting apparatus from walls comprises a hollow T- headed casing 12 for building into the wall, and a flat rectangular iron bolt 1 arranged to be removably inserted into the casing and to be locked to the same by means of a T-headed pin 5, which is rotatable in the bolt and is operable by a lever 8. A right angled bracket 16, provided with a flange 17 engaging an undercut recess 10 in the bolt 1, abuts against the face of the wall. The bolt 1, Fig. 1, is provided with through holes 2, 3, and with a rectangular slot 4, which is adapted to receive the rotatably mounted pin 5. The lever 8 on the pin 5 rests in a recess 9 of the bolt, and extends beyond one longitudinal edge of the bolt. A number of pins 5 may be provided for a single casing and bolt. The members supporting the shuttering or other wall apparatus are adapted to engage the slots 3 of the bolt 1.
