Abstract

265,138. Wunderli, F. Jan. 28, 1926, [Convention date]. Feeding webs.-In a machine for wrapping confectionery and like articles, the wrappers are fed by rollers 63, 68, Fig. 4. from a roll 69. The amount of paper fed is adjustable during the running of the machine by a hand-wheel 52 and flexible shaft 53, by means of which the position of the fulcrum between rods 41, 45 can be varied. The rod 41 is oscillated by a cam 43 to move a coupling disc on the shaft 46 of the roller, the other member being thrown into and out of engagement by a cam-actuated arm 57.
