Vices; bench fittings. -To enable a pipe wrench to be used as a pipe vice a device comprising a base a with side brackets e and slot f is secured to a bench. When only one man is available the adjusting end of the chain is attached to an eyebolt s, Fig. 3, screwed into a nut t turned by a tommy-bar.
