Abstract

256,123. Price, W. Jan. 12, 1926. Heating.-Machines for mixing dough ingredients are provided with heating means. For example, a " globe " mixing-machine may be enclosed in a chamber which has its walls fitted with slag wool or other non-conducting material and is provided with electric heating-elements mounted in flaps or sections hinged to, or forming part of, the bottom of the chamber. Or the blades, knives, or bars of a mixing-machine may be fitted with beaters, or hot air or steam may be injected into the machine during the mixing.
