Endless chain conveyers with slat carriers.- In wool scourers and like machines in which the slats carried by flexible connecting means such as belts or chains 23, Fig. 1 contact in turn and wipe the lower of a pair of squeeze rollers 22, each slat 1, Fig. 2, is formed with two raised rounded ribs 2 so that each slat effects a plurality of wiping operations on the lower roll.
