Pneumatic. - The cocking lever of the air pistol or gun according to the parent Specification is arranged so that, when turned to its normal position, it lies above or alongside the air chamber or main body of the pistol or gun. As shown, the cocking lever, which comprises a frame having two parallel side members 10, is pivoted at the front to a plug 12 and is connected by two links 14 to a sleeve 15 sliding on the barrel 3 and having a lug 16 adapted to engage the plunger 2. When the cocking-lever is turned to its normal position, the two side members 10 lie at the sides of the barrel above the air chamber 4. The outer end of the lever carries a screw plug 19 adapted to screw into and close. the breech.
