Abstract

254,603. Banner, O. A. Dec. 12, 1925. Cylinders receiving liquid fuel. - The fuel nozzle is provided with convergent fuel passages 6 which meet at the rear of groove 7 perpendicular to the plane containing the passages. A sharp dividing edge 9 is formed between the passages 6, and the groove 7 is flared outwardly in the direction of its length. In a modification, a third fuel passage situated along the axis of the nozzle is provided.
