Stretchers, internal.-A sleeve stretcher comprises a pair of curved members 3, 4 with rounded outer edges, and connected by leaf springs 5, 6, 7, 8 hinged together at 15, 16. The lower springs 7, 8 are longer than the upper springs 5, 6 so that when the members 3, 4 are pressed together the springs 7, 8 are flexed past a crucial position and hold the members together. Each spring comprises a long and short leaf connected by a clip 13.
