Disinfecting air. - A combined ventilator, draught and weather protector and air purifier comprises a perforated plate a adapted for attachment to a window frame or over an air admission aperture, and having rolled over edges c in which are adapted to slide the flat edges of a perforated tube d containing material impregnated with disinfectant. If desired, the tube d may be adapted for removal by making it a slack fit in the rolled over edges or guides c so as to allow it to be raised or lowered and one side then drawn out of the guide. The plate a may be made in two telescopic parts to allow it to be fitted to window frames of varying widths.
