Abstract
247,199. Pabst, J. Feb. 4, 1926. Sleeve-links comprise shanked button members 1, 2, the shank 3 of one member having projections to retain the member in a button hole and an opening 6 near the outer end of the shank adapted to be engaged by a pivoted member 7 hinged at the hooked end of the shank 4 of the other member. The member 7 is turned into the horizontal position to lock the two members 12 together. The Specification, as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a), comprises also two other forms of sleeve-links shown respectively in Fig. 6 (Cancelled) and Figs. 7, 8 (Cancelled). In the form shown in Fig. 6 (Cancelled), an upturned T-head 16 formed at the extremity of the shank 12 of one button member is adapted to engage and lock into a correspondingly shaped aperture in the end of the shank 11 of the other button member. In, the other form, the T-shaped head 24 on the shank of one member, Fig. 8 (Cancelled), is engaged in an aperture 27 in a spring wire shank 22 of the other member, Fig. 7 (Cancelled). This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
