242,458. Page, R. Nov. 28, 1924. Lawn-mowers.-A fan and hood are provided to throw and direct the cut grass well into the collecting-box. The fan A is mounted above and in front of the rotary cutter, being carried by pillars C connected to the brackets D supporting the front rollers E. It is driven by belt or chain gearing from the cutter spindle J. The hood M has side wings N and extends from the back of the rotary cutter B to above the fan A. The grass box P and front rollers E may be larger than usual.
