Abstract

241,083. Soc. Anon. des Anciens Etablissements Hotchkiss et Cie. Jan. 16, 1925, [Convention date]. Addition to 234,775. Mountings.-An arrangement of three levers 7, 9, 13, as claimed in the parent Specification, for supporting an anti-aircraft gun M during elevational movements is characterized according to the present invention by the pivot 65 of the lever 7 being fixed on the support 3, whilst the pivots 11, 66 of the levers 9, 13, respectively, are movable in opposite directions, preferably by conjugated means. In the form shown, the gun is elevated by a differential screw device 5, 18, rotated by a hand-gear 20 to slide the pivot brackets 67, 12 in the frame 3. This frame is connected to a sleeve 1 trainable on ball bearings 34, 33 relatively to a fixed pedestal 2 carried by a tripod or like support. The sleeve 1 carries a folding gunner's seat 36.
