[Class 92 (i)] The invention claimed in the parent Specification is modified by dividing the elevation contacts of the model switch into as many parts as there are guns in the endangered and endangering turrets, the arrangement being such that each part of the elevation contact of one turret can co-operate with a part of the elevation contact of another turret. In the construction shown, the elevation contact parts ea<1>, ea<2> of the endangering guns a<1>, a<2> are actuated independently by electric repeater motors Ea<1>, Ea<2>, whereby each part follows the elevating movements of the gun with which it is associated. In a similar manner, the contact parts eb<1>, eb<2>, of the endangered guns b<1>, b<2> are actuated by motors Eb<1>, Eb<2>. The part eb1 carries two contact members 9, 10, and the part eb<2> carries two contact members 11, 12, the arrangement being such that the pairs of members 9, 11 and 10, 12 co-operate respectively with the contact parts ea<1> and ea<2>. The supporting carriages 13 of the contact parts of the endangered gun are mounted for independent sliding movements upon telescopic shafts 15. The carriages are moved during the training movements of the guns b<1>, b<2>, by suitably shaped cams k, k<1>, the shafts j of which are geared to the training repeater motor TB of the endangered guns. The contact tb is moved axially towards and away from the axis 20 by mechanism geared to the motors Eb<1>, Eb<2>, such mechanism being similar to the mechanism shown in Fig. 3 of the parent Specification.
