Tables convertible into drawing-desks.- The top of a table is adapted to be arranged horizontally for ordinary use or inverted and inclined for use as a drawing- board. The top a is hinged between lateral supports d connected by links f to the table frame b to enable the parts to' occupy either of the positions shown. The front supports i have pivots n, which can be connected to and disconnected from the top a. and the supports may be made in telescopic parts held in adjustment by sleeves l tightened by screws. The spindle k on which the front supports i are mounted is held in adjusted position by a screwtightened clamping-collar tightened by a spring and loosened by a cord passing over pulleys and operated by a pedal.
