Abstract

239,691. Bunn, C. W. Sept. 2, 1924. Hoods; opening tops.-The forward end of the cantrail 2 of a landaulette head is fitted with a tongue 5 which engages with a socket 15 on the forward pillar and, by means of coacting inclined surfaces 8, 16, draws the two parts together when the rail is pressed down. The parts are held in place by a spring bolt 17.
