Gases, treating with electric discharges.-An electrode for an ozone generator consists of a glass or other insulating container 7 filled with a solution of colloidal silver or other metal in a liquid such as water. A platinum or other conductor 8 is immersed in the liquid. Two such electrodes may be placed 1-3 mm. apart and connected to the secondary of a Ruhmkorff coil, induction coil, or transformer.
