Braces; fastening tabs.-The buttons on the waist bands of trousers are replaced by eyemembers d, Fig. 4, which engage hook-members a, Fig. 3, on the ends of the shoulder straps c of braces. The eyes d are formed of an endless wire and have elongated loops g, which may be cloth-covered, for attachment to the waistband and the hook a has a retaining spring b. Alternatively, a snap hook may be employed, and the relative positions of the hook and eye members may be reversed. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes also an eye member d, Fig. 4, (Cancelled), of sheet material and having flattened extensions g which may be stitched or riveted to the waistband e and which may em. brace, or lie between the folds of, the waistband. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
