Abstract

235,428. Holden, T. F. Sept. 3, 1924. Drawings to Specification. Producers.-In the generation of carburetted water gas, the gas from a series of up and down runs is passed through an economizing chamber formed in the side of a carburettor to a primary mixing chamber where the gas is divided into one or more streams by a wall which preheats the carburetting liquid. The apparatus used is described in Specification 235,427, [Class 55 (ii), Gas manufacture &c.].
