Abstract

232,071. Stevenson & Sons, Ltd., H., and Fraser, S. June 6, 1924. Roll-holders.-A box for holding a coil of wire &c. comprises a body shown in Fig. 3, and lid of polygonal shape having coincident openings 7 surrounded by walls 8 which, when the box is closed, fit one within the other, forming a core around which the coil can be wound and an opening through which the arm can be passed to facilitate carrying. The openings 7 are preferably of the same shape as the box. The blanks from which the two parts are formed are preferably cut in such manner as to provide a securing flap 18 at one end of each of the vertical walls.
