Abstract

Post files.-In a loose-leaf binder having filing- posts comprising each a vertical member j fixed to the base plate c and a tilting claw member i projecting from a pivoted spindle f, the spindle is formed with widened flattened portions h, which, on coming into contact with the base plate, set up stresses in the spindle and cause it to act as a spring and clamp the claws in the open or closed position. The spindle is pivoted in the upturned ends e of the base plate, and is supported centrally by a tongue k.
