Abstract

210,259. Cave, C. W., Radmall, L., and Ellis, C. H. Jan. 9, 1923. Post files; flexibde-band files.-A loose-leaf binder comprises in combination light springy-wire arch members 1 pivoted to move in a plane lengthwise of the file so as to lie when out of use along the file back 3, and collapsable flexible binding- elements 9. The members 1 are pivoted in brackets 7 on a base plate 2, and are held in the upright position by nicks 6 formed in the upturned edge of the plate 2. The ends of the arches are provided with caps 8, which fit over the coned ends of the elements 9 and may be flattened to fit over binding-elements having brass tongues. The arch members are adapted for use with the file described in Specification 187,438.
