226,794. Platschick, B. Dec. 29, 1923, [Convention date]. Cards for displaying.- Artificial teeth provided with cramps or claws are mounted for display in wax contained in a trough or half-box. The teeth cramps 4 may pass through a slot 2 in the box 1, as shown in Fig. 3, or be pressed into the open side of the wax as in Fig. 9. The box 1 may be closed by a cover 5, Fig. 3, held on by friction &c., or a number of boxes may be mounted on a plate 6, Fig. 5, having guides 7 riveted thereon. Stamped.. ribs 8 may stiffen the plate 6. When a box is removed from the plate its place may be taken by a similar empty box 9 having two apertures 10 through which particulars concerning the removed teeth may be read. The guides 7 may be stamped up from the plate 6 and a back-plate or stops provided to prevent the boxes 1 from slipping through. In other forms the plate 6 may have longitudinal or transverse grooves or ribs engaging ribs or grooves 16, Fig. 9, in the boxes 1, or recesses, spring buttons, cramps, or claws may be employed as the securing means. When grooves and ribs are employed, a stop may be fixed to one end of the ribs and a movable retaining tappet at the other end. The plate 6 may form part of a drawer in a classification cabinet.
