Abstract

188,785. Silcock, A. H. Aug. 18, 1921. Racks and the like. - A tier of trays for filing papers &c. is formed by providing corresponding projecting points and sockets on each corner of the trays, so that each tray is spaced apart sufficient to allow access to the matter filed, and any tray may be readily detached from the tier. As shown, the corner posts A<4> of the trays are provided with conical or pyramidal projections A<5> at one end, and with similar recesses at the other end, shoulders A<6> at the bottom of each projection providing a seating for the recessed ends of the posts. Metal index card holders D are provided on each tray.
