Abstract

219,232. Highmiller, H. C. Nov. 27, 1923. Staging, windows.-A window-scaffold consists of bars 5 carrying a platform 7 and guard 10, these bars being provided with supports 12 to rest on the outer window sill, and hinged extensions 14 provided with adjustable sliding clamps 16 which are adapted to grip the inner sill. The inner clamps are prevented from lifting by a telescopic rod 27, 26 expanding between socketed pieces 23 in the window frame and bearing upon the tops of the clamps.
