Special quantities registering.-In an induction motor meter of the kind described in the parent Specification, the currents for which different rates are to be charged are arranged to flow through separate series winding or series resistances, connected in parallel, and proportionate to the rates to be charged. As shown currents for lighting and heating purposes are passed througn series resistances a<2>, b<2>, respectively, across which are connected windings a<1>, b<1> on a U- shaped magnet c arranged beneath the disc d, on the upper side of which is arranged a pressure magnet f. The windings a<1>, b<1> may be directly connected in the lighting and heating circuits respectively, the series resistances a<2>, b<2> being omitted. The windings may each be divided between the two limbs of the magnet c, or may be wound on the intermediate portion of the core. In a modification for large currents, the current windings are wound on the core of a transformer provided with a secondary winding in circuit with a winding on the U-shaped magnet c. The meter may register the money value of the energy consumed.
