Abstract
218,180. Hamel, H., and Hamel Akt.- Ges., C. Nov. 13, 1923. Rollers and roller heads. - To facilitate the spinning of loosely twisted weft threads in ring spinning-machines, the spindle is substantially vertical and the rollers are arranged so that the delivery point is substantially vertically abovo the thread guide and is at a distance x therefrom, which is at least twice the distance y of the thread guide from the uppermost position of the ring, and so that the line of the nips of the rollers is at a comparatively small angle, not exceeding 30‹, to the axis of the spindle. Specification 10081/87 is referred to.
