Abstract

An improved form of artificial milk which may be used as a total milk substitute, for both drinking and for cooking. The improved milk comprises an emulsified mixture of soya flour, water and an emulsion of edible oils and fats with water, milk or milk products and is made by heating the soya flour, water and edible oil or fat emulsion and then emulsifying the heated mixture.
