Abstract

Leaves with tear-out portions; carbon papers and the like, arrangements of.-Manifolding sheets adapted for use in typewriters &c. comprise a number of separate superposed sheets 3 secured together along one edge 3 by adhesive or other means, and reversely folded in zig-zag fashion into folds 4 of the size required to receive a record. Each sheet 3 is provided' with perforations or scoring 6 adjacent to its edge 5 to provide a tear-off margin, and the lines of the zigzag folds may also be scored or perforated to facilitate the detachment of a set of copies such as a or b after the record has been typed thereon. The sheets mav be carbonized or otherwise treated to give the required copies or separate carbon sheets may be interposed. Filing perforations mav also be provided in the sheets. Specification 1168/90 is referred to.
